Whelp. It’s over. I failed to post last Friday. So much for promises and goals.
BUT I STILL HAVE THOUGHTS AND FUN POSTS so I’m going to keep going like that didn’t happen.
Since I posted about the green monster smoothie, I have drank it daily. It’s better than a redbull for energy BUT OH MY GOD DON”T MESS IT UP! If there isn’t enough ice, or the bananas are not ripe enough, or you don’t blend the spinach well enough IT IS WRETCHED. I’m being very dramatic here. It isn’t that bad but any little oops definitely changes the taste.
As far as Fitocracy goes, I still love it. I’ve exercised nearly every day since I started. Mostly, I’m doing strength. If I am able to do things in the living room while also entertaining the Monster, I am more likely to do them. We do burpees. Monster cracks me up with her version of a burpee. It also worries me. Maybe I need to work on my form…. I love doing squats and working my arms, shoulders, back with the dumbbells ( I have 5 and 10 pound sets). I don’t get many points focusing on strength but I still have people supporting every workout I do – and that is motivational for me. It’s weird. I like it.

It goes on with 11 more steps. I’m curious. Who are the types of people looking for this sort of step by step tutorial. It’s hilarious. I love it. Watch out all you ladies, I know have the means to make you obsessed with me!
