this is my ganglion cyst. he has a face and he is resting on a tendon, causing me pain from my thumb to my elbow. he is an asshole. normally, these guys just go away. my doctor gave me a weeks worth of steroids in an attempt to shrink him. this picture was taken after that. see how sarcastic he is. he never shrank and never stopped causing pain. like “man this coffee mug is really heav – oops on the floor” and “sorry monster, i can’t pick you up right now”

 

he’s been hanging out for over a month now. went to a hand specialist per my normal doc and hand guy was all “that shits on a blood vessel. you need surgery, yo.” or something like that.

 

anyway, this guy is being  removed today. so i may not be around for a bit. especially since i’ll have to play catch up at work… ugh.
